I offer online individual psychotherapy services to adults residing in CA and UT.  The sessions are conducted via the secure site Simple Practice.  Our initial meeting will be a free 15-minute consultation in order to determine whether I can meet your needs and if we will resume services together.  If we decide to continue services together our first session will be an initial intake evaluation.  With the exception of the consultation all sessions will be 50 minutes.
